Storage In will be October 25, 2025 from 8am-3pm on a first come, first served basis. We ask that smaller items (cars, jet skis, etc.) come from 11-3.

No one should be on the grounds before 6am on day of storage in.

Cost (Payment accepted using a "good" check or credit card (3% added))

• Inside Storage - $12 per foot with a $200 minimum + local sales tax
• Outside Storage - $10 per foot + local sales tax

Remember to bring your 2024 contract if you stored same item in 2024 BUT do not pre-fill checks or 2025 contract as sales tax may have changed.
 

You MUST keep insurance on any item stored. Your signature on your rental contract attests to your agreement to that stipulation.

• No Propane Tanks permitted
• Please bring a container to catch any potential leaks
• Batteries must be disconnected from all motor vehicles - but MUST be left in the vehicle
• Keys must be left in the Fair Office

The Portage County Agricultural Society Board of Directors Election Day is October 25, 2025

Voting is from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Randolph Fair Office.

Please bring your membership card and a photo ID to be a valid voter.

For this election, there will be 7 Board of Directors positions each with a 3-year term.  You can vote for up to 7 people.
